Code of Conduct

Protherm Wärmeschutz GmbH promotes compliance with social and ecological values and supports the implementation of these values to promote responsible conduct in all business areas such as ethics, labor law, health and safety, and to preserve and supplement the environment.

The present Code of Conduct defines the requirements for dealing with the standards it contains, which require applicable laws and regulations at national and international level.

Protherm Wärmeschutz GmbH undertakes to comply with the internationally recognized human rights and the employee rights of the applicable national and international laws and regulations. In particular, we adhere to the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Protherm Wärmeschutz GmbH undertakes to comply with the minimum age specified in accordance with ILO Convention 138 and to refrain from any form of child labour in the company.

Protherm Wärmeschutz GmbH promotes equal opportunities and equal treatment and prevents discrimination in the hiring of employees as well as in the promotion or granting of training and further education measures. Protherm Wärmeschutz GmbH confirms compliance with EU Directive 2011/65 / EU and indicates conformity in the article text. If applications necessarily contain non-RoHS-compliant components, this is expressly pointed out.
